Collaboration

Coaching is about building a strong and trusting relationship where you feel supported and challenged so that you can present the best version of yourself, and achieve your goals.

I coach by asking questions and listening in a way that uncovers and removes barriers to change including the way you think and feel about the changes being made to processes, systems, culture, skills, roles and responsibilities.

If you want to commission coaching for your team, I’ll speak to key stakeholders to gain a rounded perspective on what’s needed.

How it works

Every coaching partnership is different and tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.

After an initial 30 minutes chemistry session, we will work together to design your sessions and will always start from what you need that day. 

Typically, we work together for six 60 minutes sessions over a four-month period.

Together, we'll work to overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back, creating a supportive and empowering environment for you to achieve your full potential.

    My coaching services aim to promote self-awareness, self-confidence, and resilience, and empower individuals to overcome obstacles, embrace their strengths, and achieve their desired outcomes.

    Whether you are looking to make a career change, improve your work relationships, or develop your leadership skills, I am here to support you every step of the way.

  • Have you changed your job recently? Is there a change at work that you would like to master? Are you looking to develop or improve your role at work? Are you leading a team through change?

    Change is a big deal. Coaching can help you and your team manage this effectively.

    Whether it is your first leadership role, with line management responsibilities for other people, or you are returning to work after time away, working with a coach can give you the space you need to find resilience and determination to manage change.

  • Mentoring is different from coaching. It involves similar techniques, such as questioning, listening, clarifying and reframing, to provide more directive support and guidance.

  • Are there barriers that you would like to overcome? Would you like to overcome ‘imposter syndrome’ and build your confidence? Could your leadership style be more assured? Do you need to become more self-aware in order to be a more effective leader? How do you handle communicating difficult decisions?

    These may be some of the topics that you want a coaching session to focus on, to help support growth and development.

  • For new, emerging or experienced managers who want to lead with confidence, executive and leadership coaching can focus on supporting you to develop your style and motivate your team. This may include developing emotional intelligence, self-awareness and motivation; improving relationships and influence; reducing stress and building resilience.

    This will be time for reflection, challenge and growth. Coaching can help leaders at all stages focus on goals, leadership style, and impact so you can lead with purpose and confidence.

  • If you are ready to explore a change, or growth, then coaching sessions focused on career planning could be right for you. Drawing on my experience as a headhunter, I can help you explore a career change or shift in direction; support you prepare for a new role, promotion or challenge; coach you in interview skills and techniques (as well as CV and document preparation); building confidence so you are ready for the next step.
